ABSTRACT

The project manager must maintain a focus on generating products that provide the greatest possible utility to the organization. Extensibility is a system characteristic that can be measured and monitored for potential benefits relative to any changes made to the system. Flexibility addresses a quality issue that is essential and critical, because the business environment is constantly changing. The availability of an information system is a measure that indicates the proportion of time that the system is actually operating, compared to the time the system is supposed to be operating. In information systems, security and privacy is a subjective component that represents the means to create a secure system that protects privacy using a consistent effort to control the risk of invasion and the violation of the rights of users. The use of safety devices and safeguards in information systems for data privacy are no longer an option but an obligation.
