ABSTRACT
Water quality aspects of urban drainage phenomena are closely related to the transport of pollutants from their sources to the locations where they actually occur, temporarily or permanently. In terms of modeling, the description of the quality must therefore be linked to the transport of water and its constituents. The formulations in modeling terms of transformations and other quality related phenomena are therefore integrated with the hydrologic and hydraulic descriptions.
