ABSTRACT
It is well known that high-speed vehicles, such as high-speed trains, are playing an
increasingly important role in people’s lives, since they provide a relatively stable and
spacious environment for long distance travelers. As a result, there is a strong demand
for broadband wireless communications (BWC) for high-speed vehicles to provide
information access and onboard entertainment services for passengers. However, the
cognitive radio network should be employed to overcome the problem of spectrum
scarcity.
