ABSTRACT
The use and application of evaluation techniques for measuring interaction is one of the key factors in successful (i.e., effective and efcient) evaluation processes. In our perspective, evaluation techniques are the tools that evaluators use for assessing a product and helping designers to transform it into an intrasystemic solution (i.e., a psychotechnology), facilitating and improving the dialogue between user and interface.
