ABSTRACT
This book is based on numerous observations of burns and launches of rockets and spacecrafts worldwide carried out by Professor Leonid Chernogor using a wide spectrum of ground-based facilities from Kharkov Radiophysical Observatory (KRO) and Radiophysical Faculty of Kharkov State University, Kharkov, Ukraine. On behalf of my coauthor, I thank all his colleagues since without their unwavering support and regular discussions he would have not obtained a high-level PhD, DSc, and Professor rank in physics of the ionosphere and the near-the-Earth cosmic space and geophysics. Based on numerous observations of the launch of space vehicles from worldwide cosmodromes (USSR, USA, India, France, Japan, China, etc.), a huge amount of statistical material was selected, analyzed, and then published in several corresponding books in Russian during the end of nineties to the beginning of the twenty-first century.
