ABSTRACT

The third group of problems relates to the following aspects. At the boundary of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, the increasing power of the rocket engine and the frequency of their launches reached such a situation, in which all observed perturbations caused in the atmosphere and the near-the-Earth cosmic environment could not be ignored. The study of these perturbations is an important issue for specialists in fields of geophysics, radiophysics, ecology of the atmosphere, and geocosmic space, as well as specialists investigating space weather.
