ABSTRACT
After all the real decommissioning work has been performed, by planning and implementing the FSSs and demonstrating compliance with survey results, it is not quite the time to coast to the nish line. Rather, it is the time to ensure that all phases of the decommissioning project have been suciently documented. It is incredibly important to take credit for all of your hard work-and this can only been done by carefully documenting your work. is chapter discusses the types of information that should be included in the FSS report. In that regard, we will focus on the material that belongs to the FSS report, as well as on how to report survey results.
