19.1 Introduction Mobile networks systems are reaching a peak from the offered capabilities of a single technology. With the use of the same selfish networks, we may not be able to provide further improvement to meet the needs of the users. However, the general idea of cooperation is now on the table. e idea of creating a huge network where all different access technologies can be a part of it is now possible thanks to cooperation without interference. Nevertheless, the development of such a network meets lots of problems along with limitations from the existing technologies. Moreover, end users may refuse to embrace these technologies because of seemingly increased costs. e main focus of this chapter is to highlight the cooperation services between different network technologies. More specifically, the chapter consists of three sections.
