ABSTRACT

We developed a user experience (UX) embodying and systematizing method to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency in system developments. This method embodies customers’ demands concerning UX (UX demands) as concrete operable human interfaces (HI) and systematizes the HI. This time, targeting the first phase (planning and proposal), we systematized HI on the basis of look-and-feel and operability, enabling customers to experience the image of the completed system in advance. We evaluated the practical validity of this method by interviewing engineers.
