The comments about shortage points are also classified into three groups: “the application and operation ways” (S1), “the untargeted support” for the phases excluding planning and proposal phase (S2, S3), and “the functions” of the method (S4). Especially, the results concerning untargeted support show that HI samples strongly need to be customizable (e.g. to accord to customers’ works and to have color and look-and-feel variation) (seven in twenty comment). For this reason, we consider that customers’ demanding UX become more concrete by provided these HI samples to customers.
