ABSTRACT
Computer use and Internet access can make a tremendous difference in the lives of individuals with visual impairments by providing educational and employment opportunities, supporting social networks, and facilitating independence [1, 4, 5]. However, individuals with visual impairments are much less likely to use computers than are sighted individuals [4].
