ABSTRACT
The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability. The law applies to employment, government services, and public spaces. While there is broad agreement that the aspects of the ADA regulating employment and government services apply to computer access and the Internet, the question of whether a website constitutes a public space that falls under the ADA is still under debate.
