ABSTRACT
We assumed in the previous chapters that stress-strain state (SSS) of the body considered remains constant under constant in time effects. However, many materials, for example, polymers, concrete, composites, and so forth, possess the ability to slowly undergo deformation with time even at room temperatures under constant stresses. This property of materials is called creep.
