Senior leadership support and engagement is perhaps the most important requirement for Network success. Therefore, Networks must be supported with the right organizational structure such that the right balance between autonomy and control is provided to deliver on the charter deliverables. Moreover, an organizational structure helps in the removal of obstacles to progress and provides the required authority for enabling Networks. This chapter presents a leadership structure and model that is capable of enabling Networks to succeed.
