ABSTRACT
Skeletal muscle relaxants are a heterogeneous group of drugs, which affect skeletal muscle function. Skeletal muscle relaxants can be classied into two different therapeutic groups: (1) neuromuscular blockers, peripheral-acting drugs and (2) spasmolytics, central-acting drugs.
