ABSTRACT
History Following a family row, a 21-year-old female is brought to A&E with a history that she had recently ingested ‘at least 50’ tablets believed to be enteric-coated 300-mg aspirins. She appears confused and complains of nausea, abdominal pain and tinnitus.
