ABSTRACT
History A 40-year-old male lorry driver presented to the orthopaedic clinic complaining of painful knees, particularly on rotation, climbing stairs and kneeling. His knees often locked on bending. On examination, there was swelling around both knees with tenderness over the medial joint spaces and limited flexion. Radiology revealed bilateral degenerative changes with ossified loose bodies in the joint space.
