ABSTRACT
History A 63-year-old woman presented to the A&E with light-headedness on standing, palpitations and generalized tiredness. These symptoms came on over a period of a few hours the day prior to presentation, and were initially put down to feeling under the weather with seasonal flu. The patient also described some upper abdominal discomfort more recently, which prompted her attendance today.
