ABSTRACT
History A 73-year-old man presents to his GP with exertional chest discomfort. The pain is sharp and central. The pain does not radiate and there are no associated autonomic symptoms. He has a history of hypertension and hypercholesterolaemia. He is taking ramipril and simvastatin. He has no family history of note.
