(more often the right). 2 There are three anastomotic sites:

●● transplant MRA → iliac artery ●● transplant MRV → iliac vein ●● transplant ureter → bladder

●● Step 1: Kidneys ●● Patient position: Supine then turn 45º to each side. ●● Preparation: Full bladder. Empty bladder if the patient has impaired renal function.
