ABSTRACT
Many water utility customers in the United States are served by water utilities that largely base their rate structures on the principles of cost of service, using the rate-setting approaches endorsed by the American Water Works Association (AWWA). Chapters 6 through 10 present a process for calculating rates under these traditional approaches.
