ABSTRACT

Examination Cardiovascular and respiratory examinations are unremarkable. Abdominal examination reveals hepatosplenomegaly, and large lymph nodes are present in the axillary and cervical regions. Mucous membranes are normal. The entire surface area of the skin is diffusely erythematous. Palms and soles are thickened and there is total alopecia. Observations: temperature 37.2°C, heart rate 110/min, blood pressure 90/60 mmHg, SaO2 96 per cent on room air.
