ABSTRACT
The production of a detailed system design is not the end of the story. Implementation of the design must consider the means by which the systems can be put into practice, while causing as minimal a disruption as possible. This stage involves planning for the implementation, seeking approval and physically making the necessary installations and changes. It therefore relies on two closely related areas: system change management and project management.
