Question 1: A 38-year-old woman (para 4) presents with vaginal bleeding 5 hours postpartum. She thinks that she has been losing blood slowly for an hour or so. She had an uncomplicated vaginal delivery. At 31 weeks she was diagnosed with polyhydramnios, for which no cause was identified. On examination the uterus is soft and at the level of the umbilicus.
