ABSTRACT

Question 1: A 29-year-old woman presents with a painless lump in her right breast; on examination you note the mass is 3 cm in diameter, symmetrical and mobile.

Question 2: A 72-year-old woman presents to her GP having recently noticed a change in the shape of her left breast. On examination you note dimpling of the skin in the lower quadrant of the breast and inversion of the nipple on the left.
