ABSTRACT
Dr. Corynne Jaffeux is professor at the Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV University. Her research domains are in the fields in financial markets, corporate finance and securitization. In addition, since 1991 she is adviser of AFT-IFTIM general direction for questions of higher education. She is also president of the IML Board Committee.
