By changing our undesirable dietary patterns and consuming foods that are more conforming to the human nutritional expectations, we can hope to achieve an outcome that has an increasing proportion of the population reaching the highest age determined by their genes. erefore, our modern society has a huge responsibility in the facilitation of people having access to foods of adequate quality, which could result in a further improvement of their quality of life.
