ABSTRACT
This chapter is addressed to all readers. Some of you may be directly involved in a bullying dynamic as a target or a witness. There may also be some readers who have been accused of bullying. Many readers will be professionals who are being asked to deal with the problem, for example as a human resources specialist or as an occupational health nurse.
