He is finding it difficult to swallow and his voice is muffled. He is feeling tired and on examination a mass in the left hypochondrium is also noted.
ii. A 10-year-old male presents with a painful left ear. There is no ear discharge. He is requiring regular analgesia. His mother reports that he ignores her when she is talking to him.
