ABSTRACT
Treatment 1. Stop all suspected drugs. 2. Stop or curtail surgery if possible. 3. For any severe reactions, adrenaline is the drug of choice. Use 100g
boluses; i.e. 1mL of 1:10000 adrenaline IV (1mg made up to 10mL total with normal saline). Titrate according to response.
