ABSTRACT
Diagnosis There is leakage of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) through a Tuohy needle or catheter. The incidence of accidental dural puncture varies from 0.2% to 4%. The most common adverse event reported after accidental dural puncture is postdural puncture headache (PDPH), with a reported incidence of 60-90%.
