ABSTRACT
A 37-year-old woman presents to the GP with a 3-week history of frequent, loose motions. She is very tired and complains of muscle weakness. A subsequent colonoscopy demonstrates a 1.5 cm sessile growth that has multiple projections. The remainder of the colon was unremarkable.
