ABSTRACT
This is a common presentation of a radiation-induced angiosarcoma, following WLE of a breast lump with radiotherapy. The appearance and location are typical. Haemangioma may give a similar appearance but would have been present from birth or a younger age. Haematoma could be considered if the patient had only recently undergone WLE.
