ABSTRACT
Examination The observations are normal. He is thin. There is some bruising over the left side of the thorax and a notable low thoracic kyphosis. There are bilateral fine inspiratory crackles. The heart sounds are normal. The abdomen is unremarkable and no neurological or significant cognitive abnormality is noted.
