Question 1 A 55-year-old man is brought to see his general practitioner (GP) by his wife who reports he has become a completely different person over recent weeks. He recently lost his job for being rude to his customers and turning up late for work, which is completely out of character for the usually very pleasant and organized man. On examination he is incontinent of urine and has papilloedema.
