ABSTRACT
Starting your working career as a doctor involves a steep learning curve, where you must become accustomed to the various procedures and protocols that exist within the clinical environment. A knowledge and appreciation of this will allow for a smoother transition into this new role. It will also be of benefit when tackling SJT questions, as you will have a greater understanding of your priorities and of the challenges involved in the effective delivery of healthcare.
