As an alternative power convertor, proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) has been paid more and more attention in many applications. Using hydrogen and air (oxygen) as reactants, the device directly converts chemical energy into electrical energy through electrode reactions. The core component of PEMFC is membrane electrode assembly (commonly used as MEA in bibliography), which puts two carbon –ber papers with spraying Na–on® solution and Pt catalyst on both sides of polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM). The catalyst is close to the PEM.
