ABSTRACT
Liposomal solutions are colloidal dispersions in which self-closed bilayered membranes composed of lipid molecules are suspended in an aqueous solution (Lasic and Templeton, 1996). The interior of the lipid vesicles is an aqueous core, the chemical composition of which corresponds in a rst approximation to the chemical composition of the aqueous solution where the vesicles are prepared.
