ABSTRACT
Before we attack program planning, however, we must rst have our home court covered. Before we design a program, we should have clear knowledge of the resources available in the enterprise because it is those resources from which the programs are designed. Once again, we intend to apply a generic or common process to every program oriented toward the product entity structure of the program.
