ABSTRACT
Given that we have organized our program by IPPTs, coordinated our IPPT structure with the system product-entity structure, and provided for supplier and customer involvement in these teams, we will have produced the perfect environment for product integration. We now have to implement a good design solution, which, unfortunately, is even harder than organizing for integrated development. As we said in earlier chapters, the principal mechanism of integration is human communications. In Chapter seven, we discussed some specic communications aids that we assume have been taken advantage of.
