ABSTRACT
Since 2000, we have been involved in the development of many products, and we have recognized that Kansei/affective engineering and ergonomics are inseparable. Attractive products cannot be made with only ergonomic considerations, and Kansei/affective engineering provides eloquent answers. Thus, we are proclaiming the need for Kansei/affective ergonomics.
