ABSTRACT
Earlier parts of the book were structured around inferential paradigms. In Part II, the focus was on likelihood and Bayesian methods. Because of their shared properties under ignorability, bringing these together is sensible, as explained in Chapters 1 and 3. Semiparametric methods were considered in Part III, while multiple imputation was treated as a proper subject in Part IV.
