We live in a global marketplace for information technology products and services. The Internet, together with mobile access to information and services, has transformed access to information worldwide. The globalization of companies created an international marketplace enabled by e-commerce. Cloud computing and deploying software as a service allows millions of people to access and use software applications to do their work virtually. Users cross international boundaries to access an enormous range of information.
