ABSTRACT
PEM fuel cell testing is an integral part of any fuel cell research. A small sample of its uses includes: evaluating new materials, validating new designs, assessing new experimental techniques, and optimizing operating procedures. It is an important companion to any set of diagnostic tools, so that the results can be viewed in the proper context.
