ABSTRACT
Environmentalism today exists in many forms. Consider the extreme tactics of groups such as EarthFirst! versus the comparatively benign approach of The Nature Conservancy. One has historically been associated with acts of sabotage and violence while the other promotes the purchase and accumulation of critical areas of land. Certainly these two organizations must operate under a different code of ethics, a different set of morals, and a different view of right and wrong.
