ABSTRACT
I was trying to think about how revenue assurance (RA) has moved, changed, and reinvented itself in the 13 years I have now been involved, in some form or another, with RA. In my view, there have been some movements, and if I look at those, then perhaps I can have some liberty and a crystal ball gaze at the future.
