ABSTRACT
To enhance our understanding on this subject, it is necessary to know the existing genetic diseases that are connected to each chromosome. The following tables provide an update of genetic diseases arising from each chromosome. The selected genes of study for respective chromosomes are given following the list of genetic diseases. Next to the list of genes, a detailed natural products interacting genes chart gures with respective bibliographical details, as well as the summary of the chart is given to understand the concept. The natural products of our interest have not impacted all the genes of our selection of the respective chromosomes. Therefore, we make an effort to provide a summary of the interacting genes with only specic natural products. There are 23 chromosomes that are discussed in this chapter. If any of the natural products make an impact on the genes that cause genetic diseases, then the presented analytical results from the cell culture and animal models may help to identify a structural basis of new therapy and help personalize medicine in future.
