ABSTRACT
The Keelung River Yuanshantzu Flood-Diversion Tunnel project (hereafter referred as “the project”) is planned as a main part of “Keelung River Flood Mitigation Scheme”. It is to divert 1,310 cms (cubicmeter per second) flood water into the tunnel out of 1,620 cms based on 200-year return-period calculation.
