ABSTRACT
Tunneling is a crucial component in the development of infrastructure. Tunnels can help making our cities healthier, safer and sustainable. Unfortunately, the great potential of tunneling is minimized in practice due to adversarial behavior and relationships of those involved in tunneling projects.
