Here’s how we do it: Figure 7.1 shows the structure of a simple turtle. It’s easy to fold and has a very simple structure. As we have done before, it is useful to examine the base and the crease pattern as well as the folded model in order to establish
correspondences between features of the crease pattern and features of the model, using the base as an intermediate position.
